St John Ambulance SA takes all complaints seriously and we ensure that any client patient or stakeholder complaints are promptly investigated in a manner which is transparent, and in the best interest of our clients.

St John SA’s staff are bound by the Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Practitioners.

Should you believe that the complaint is of a very serious nature, or do not feel confident approaching us in the first instance, you are able to refer your complaint to the following agencies.
