Help put lifesaving knowledge into little hands
A $10 donation can fund first aid training for one South Australian primary school student, helping them learn what to do when someone needs help.
Knowing how to call an ambulance or help an unconscious person can make a difference in an emergency. Through St John SA’s First Aid in Schools program, children are learning these essential skills, and donations help make that learning possible.
Delivered free of charge to South Australian primary schools, the program gives students from Reception to Year 6 age-appropriate first aid education. Sessions build practical knowledge and confidence, with older students also introduced to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
In 2025/26, St John SA delivered first aid awareness sessions to 7,684 students across 72 metropolitan and regional schools. Your support can help extend that reach, giving more children the opportunity to learn skills they could one day use to help a friend, family member or someone in their community.
By donating, you can help keep this education free for schools and support St John SA’s goal of reaching every school in South Australia.
